Choose the plan, then compare the pieces
Start with the occasion, your intended dates, and the garment information you actually have. Compare the full look before selecting final pieces. Different owners can mean different meetings; a lower item price does not necessarily mean a simpler pickup plan.
Friend votes can help narrow alternatives, while the final outfit stays a deliberate choice. A saved board does not hold clothes, send an owner a message, or create a combined booking. Sample inventory and prices in the app illustrate these flows.
Your own closet, on your terms
For invited students, a shared closet is separate from the local demo profile. Publish only clothing you are authorized to share and photos you have permission to use. Instagram links are optional and self-entered; Hemhop does not import posts, followers, or private messages.
Account access depends on the pilot invitation and service checks. A school email confirmation establishes mailbox access, not current enrollment, identity, or personal safety. Do not share a sign-in code with anyone.
Fit, privacy, and fair sharing
Check the garment’s measurements and condition rather than relying on a size label alone. The optional photo tool is a manual, local styling overlay; it is not AI draping, automatic body analysis, or a fit guarantee. A personal photo is optional.
Record existing flaws before an exchange and retain appropriate condition evidence. The preview’s damage and refund flows demonstrate a proposed review process. They cannot decide a real dispute, charge anyone, or provide insurance. Do not put payment information, sign-in codes, or private body measurements into Help.
